*Only able to give refunds on regular priced items. Sale items cannot returned or exchanged.
*Lost Order:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. Refunds or replacements may be made only in the case of store error.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at h.salemarts@gmail.com with your order information. That way I can try to replace your order by sending it to a new address to prevent it getting lost again, or if you prefer, I can issue a refund.
*Damaged Order:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me for a replacement or a refund! There is a 7 day replacement policy from the day the package is received. Unfortunately, if you don’t get ahold of me by then, I can no longer offer a free replacement.
Please provide photos of the damaged product, your order information, and email me h.salemarts@gmail.com so we can resolve it.
